John Opene is a seasoned oil and gas executive with more than twenty years’ hands-on experience delivering safe, reliable well programmes across land, swamp and offshore environments.

Rising from roustabout to senior operations leadership, he combines front-line technical credibility with strategic oversight, driving operational discipline that improves equipment reliability, compresses delivery timelines and reduces unit costs. John is recognised for turning complex drilling challenges into repeatable, performance-driven systems through rigorous planning, data-led decision making and clear cross-functional leadership.

A committed advocate of HSE excellence, he has consistently enforced “Goal Zero” standards on site and embeds risk mitigation into every phase of wells delivery from rig operations and logistics to cost control and stuck-pipe prevention.

His practical expertise is supported by formal qualifications including a BSc in Physics from Bayero University, IWCF Well Control Certification (Level 4), Stuck Pipe Prevention training and the SPDC Trade Test for Expert Drilling Supervisors.

An experienced and accomplished Contract Relations Manager with over nine (9) years of success in program and project management in commercial and government contracting environments. Highly adept at defining and implementing best practices, standards, processes and tools to achieve set objectives and goals. Proven track record of crafting and executing strategies that reduce cost, improve production and increase profitability. She joined the services of Charlvon Limited in year 2014 and based on her track record, she was promoted to the position of Ag. Managing Director. She is a visionary leader who believes and work as a team with her subordinates.

Education: Project Management Professional (PMP) and a BA (Hons) in International Studies and Diplomacy. She is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in Management at the Benson Idahosa University. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Henry has over 19 years working experience in Well Drilling Operations. He has worked for Pride Forasol Drilling Nigeria Limited, Lonestar Drilling Nigeria Limited, Oando Energy Services Nigeria Limited, KCA Deutag Nigeria among others as Roustabouts, Floor Man, Assistant Driller, Driller, Night Toolpusher, Tool Pusher before joining Charlvon as a Rig Manager. He has worked on land, swamp and jack-up Rigs.

Education: HND in Mechanical Engineering (Power + Plant) from Rivers State Polytechnic, ND in Mechanical Engineering from Rivers State Polytechnic. He also has a valid International Well Control (IWCF) Level 4 and KCADEUTAG Drilling Courses 1 & 11.

Kalu has over 20 years’ experience as an Admin specialist. He is passionate about efficiency and quality service delivery through teamwork and providing enabling environment to achieve the corporate goal through teamwork. Enhanced productivity through personal development and leveraging on Information Technology. He has worked as a General Services Officer, Operations Manager, Diocesan Secretary, Personal Assistant to Registrar, Senior Assistant Registrar, Human Resource Manager, Church Administrator and now the Administrative Manager of Charlvon Limited.
Education: M.Sc. in Public Administration from Covenant University and currently pursuing his PhD. (Public Admin) with Nasarawa State University. He also possesses certificates in Terrorism, Security & Intelligence Studies from The Roman Institute of International Studies/Baze University, Abuja. He is a certified ISO Auditor.

Minder has over 15 years working experience in Equipment Maintenance and Drilling Operations. He has worked for Nigeria Gas Company, Otuku Nigeria Limited, AK-RUWATSON, Hybrid Engineering Company Limited, Nigeria among others as a Trainee, Technician, Fitter, HVAC Technician/Foreman, before joining Charlvon as the Logistics Officer, Planned Maintenance Engineer and presently the Maintenance Manager. He has worked on Offshore and Land Rigs.
Education: HND in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing and Production) from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State and ND in Mechanical Engineering from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State. He is also Certified in Quality Management System, Internal Audit, Occupational Health and Management System, Cross-functional Team Leadership, ISO9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IWCF and CISCO IT Essential.

Elohor Akaka is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over nine
years of experience in strategic HR, talent management, employee relations,
and organisational development across the oil and gas, construction,
multinational, and engineering sectors. She currently leads the HR function at
Charlvon Limited, driving people strategies that support business growth.

A lawyer by training, Elohor holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law and
was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She is a Chartered Arbitrator, an
Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
(CIPM), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD UK), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and
Development (NITAD), and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources –
International (SPHRi®) certification from HRCI. She is currently pursuing an MBA
at MIVA Open University and preparing for the Global Professional in Human
Resources (GPHR®) certification.

His experience as an Operations Manager and Project Administrator spans for over 26 years gained from working Onshore and Offshore in the Oil and Gas Sector, Supervising and Managing various Projects not limited to Logistics, Material Procurement/Supervision, Fabrications, Civil Works, Pipelines/Manpower Administrators, NGO projects for communities among others.

Education: M.Sc. in Financial Management from University of Benin, B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is also certified by the Chartered Institute of Administrators as well as Project Management Professional. He is professionally affiliated to Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also ISO Certified.

Gloria is an experienced and result‑driven Finance Professional with over twelve years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, tax administration, and corporate reporting across diverse sectors. She is skilled at developing and implementing robust financial systems, treasury, cash flow management, performance‑enhancing strategies that support business growth, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Gloria joined the finance profession in 2014 and has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, rising to become Finance Manager in Charlvon Limited where she leads financial operations, drives strategic planning, and ensures strong governance structures. She is a dedicated leader who inspires collaboration, excellence, and accountability within her team.

Monday Akasi is a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with over sixteen (16) years of experience in the oil and gas industry, covering both onshore and offshore operations, including production platforms and drilling rigs. Certified by the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), he has strong expertise in HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID, and the implementation of effective safe systems of work.
He has served in various capacities as a QHSE lead, Advisor, and Safety Training Coordinator, with sound knowledge of QHSE requirements in drilling and production environments. He holds an HND in Industrial Safety and Environmental Engineering Technology from the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, and multiple professional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, IWCF Levels 1 & 2, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Offshore Safety Training.
He is an active member of professional HSE bodies, including QHSES Leadership Academy, Safety Professionals, and the Health and Safety Corps, and remains committed to promoting safety excellence and regulatory compliance.

BARIDOOGE EHIOZOMWANGIE (MRS.) is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser in Charlvon Limited. Is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria ICSAN, Holds an LL.B. degree and a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.), from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) with a strong grounding in energy law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
Having risen through the legal ranks from Legal Officer to executive management level, she brings a multifaceted legal and business acumen that bridges the gap between compliance, risk management, and operational execution. She has led and advised on complex legal matters spanning contract negotiation and drafting, procurement compliance, corporate restructuring, board secretarial services, regulatory affairs, and dispute resolution.
Known for strategic legal thinking, integrity, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork, she continuously delivers value by aligning legal strategy with business objectives in a high-stakes, regulated environment.
